The Global Cargo Pilot Alliance consists of organized pilot groups employed
by airlines that provide air cargo services for the DHL Worldwide Network.


It has become the GCPA's highest priority to open new lines of communication where Deutsche Post DHL
would be provided with a detailed and descriptive analysis of daily problems and possible solutions.

This would help to create an effective and profitable network with information and data straight from the
frontlines. This new relationship will prove to create win/win scenarios for all parties. Of course, this will
depend on Deutsche Post DHL's willingness to cooperate.

As of May 2010 Deutsche Post DHL Management is still unwilling to meet with the GCPA and discuss ideas from pilot employee and
contractor standpoint to improve efficiency which might help the company succeed. This policy lacks reason and we strongly urge
Deutsche Post DHL to open new positive lines of communication.
