THE LATEST GCPA SUMMIT WAS HELD ON OCTOBER 27/ 28 IN FRANKFURT, GERMANY. MUCH PROGRESS WAS MADE AND NEW ALLIANCES WERE FORMED. A SUCCESSFUL EXCHANGE OF IDEAS AND MULTI-NATIONAL COOPERATION WAS ACHIEVED.
